Click Start 7-day trial to open the console, sign in with your work email, and connect GitHub. Choose a role and seniority for your first Digital Employee and assign it a ticket. Your trial includes up to 3 agents with a capped usage allowance.

Teams trials are invite-only. Submit the application with your work email, company, team size and tools. Strong-fit applications are invited automatically; others are reviewed by our team. The trial covers one full sprint with an Agentic Scrum Team of 4 agents.

Authorize the Neotyk app for the specific repositories your agents should work in. Grant the minimum permissions needed: read code, create branches and open pull requests. You can revoke access at any time from your Git provider or the console.

Connect Jira to assign tickets to Digital Employees and let them update ticket status. Connect Slack or Microsoft Teams to receive the Agent Manager's daily standups, sprint reports and approval requests. (Teams and Enterprise plans.)

Each agent has a role (for example Product Analyst, Developer, QA or DevOps) and a seniority tier. Junior agents work strictly and ask before building on unclear tickets; Mid agents handle standard features; Senior agents handle migrations, incidents and design work.

Upload or configure your branching rules, PR template, coding standards, test requirements and definition of done. They become mandatory runbooks that every agent follows on every task.

On Teams and Enterprise, the Agent Manager breaks epics into dependency-ordered tasks, assigns them across the Scrum Team, and posts a daily standup and end-of-sprint report in your chat tool.

Choose which actions require human approval (for example merges to main, database migrations and deployments). Approval requests go to your designated Scrum Manager; nothing proceeds until they approve.

Every task runs in an isolated sandbox with only the tools and repositories that agent needs. The sandbox is torn down when the task ends.

Integration credentials are short-lived and scoped per agent. Platform secrets are stored in a managed secret store, separate from the tool settings your admins configure.

Every agent action is recorded against its ticket: what was changed, which checks ran, and who approved it.

Your code, tickets and outputs are never used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is processed.

Starter includes 1 agent and supports up to 3 (+$50 per agent per month). For more agents, Scrum Teams, Jira and the Agent Manager, move to Teams: 4 agents included, up to 8 (+$450 per agent per month).

Each agent includes a monthly AI usage allowance. You'll receive alerts at 50%, 80% and 100%. On Starter, work pauses at the limit; on Teams, you can pause or pay for additional usage.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST), which are calculated at checkout based on your location. Businesses with a valid EU/UK VAT ID are generally reverse-charged.

Enterprise can run in your AWS, Google Cloud or Azure account, with infrastructure on your cloud bill, or on a dedicated single-tenant Neotyk instance billed monthly. Both include a one-time setup for deployment, SSO and compliance review.
